Fee structure amendment to the Washington Architectural Paint Stewardship Program Plan

This form is for submitting public comments to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding a proposed change to the statewide paint recycling program.


Washington’s paint recycling program, operated by the manufacturer-run stewardship organization PaintCare, allows residents and certain businesses to recycle unused and unwanted paint. PaintCare is proposing an amendment to the Washington Architectural Paint Stewardship Program Plan, requesting Ecology’s approval to increase the program’s fee structure. This fee adjustment is intended to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
