City of Chehalis SMP Comprehensive Update and Periodic Review

This comment form is for the purpose of submitting a comment to the Washington State Department of Ecology on the Chehalis Shoreline Master Program (SMP) comprehensive update and periodic review. The updated SMP was adopted by Chehalis City Council in April, 2023, and will entirely replace the City’s 1982 SMP. The update also includes amendments to satisfy the City’s periodic review requirement.
